Request Account Deletion
Use this public page to request deletion of a Dancing Bee account and associated app data without reinstalling the mobile app. This Francais page uses the same launch-approved content structure while final legal translation review is pending.
Before you request deletion
Deleting an account removes access to the app account and associated app data, except records retained for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, billing, or audit reasons.
If you have active store purchases, cancel subscriptions or request store refunds through Apple or Google first when applicable.
Identity verification
We may email the account address or ask for additional verification before completing deletion.
If the app account used Sign in with Apple, extra revocation steps may be required before deletion can fully complete.
