Terms and Conditions - United States
These draft terms define the rules for Dancing Bee accounts, provider content, event information, Support Credits, moderation, and termination. This is the English version for United States; it is not interchangeable with other English country versions.
Country and language
United States is the legal country scope. English is the display language.
For example, English for Germany, English for Canada, and English for the United States are separate legal versions.
United States scope
This country version is for United States-facing users and should be reviewed for federal, state privacy, subscription, consumer-protection, child-safety, and platform-billing requirements where applicable.
The English United States version is a United States-scoped legal text in English. It must remain separate from Germany, Canada, and other country versions.
Review status
This country-language route is structural launch content. Final legal identity, translations, local wording, and commercial terms still require counsel approval before production store submission.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must be old enough to use the service under applicable law and must provide accurate account information.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of their event listings, venue details, invitations, and organizer information.
Content and conduct
Do not post illegal, misleading, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual exploitation, spam, impersonation, or unsafe event content.
Dancing Bee may remove content, limit features, suspend providers, or terminate accounts to protect users and the service.
Paid features
Support Credits are optional in-app digital credits purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing where required.
Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside Dancing Bee.
