Ordinary support has no guaranteed response time; a reply may take several weeks, depending on capacity and complexity. This does not delay legal obligations: safety and illegal-content reports and moderation appeals are handled without undue delay, with urgent risks prioritised. Data-protection rights requests are answered without undue delay and generally within one month of receipt. Where legally permitted and necessary because of complexity or the number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two further months; we explain the extension within the first month.
