Data privacy for Dancing Bee testers
Use this page to distinguish Dancing Bee’s handling of app data from the additional data processing performed by Apple TestFlight or Google Play during testing.
Three notices, three responsibilities
The Dancing Bee Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Dancing Bee and its service providers. Apple and Google independently process some testing, account, device, distribution, diagnostic, and feedback data under their own notices. Review the Dancing Bee policy and the notice for the platform you use.
Dancing Bee app data privacy
The same Dancing Bee Privacy Policy applies while you test the app. It explains the app data we process, why we process it, service-provider involvement, retention, account deletion, and your available privacy rights.
Use Privacy Choices if you want to request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or other applicable data rights. Do not place another person’s sensitive data in a test report.
iOS testing through Apple TestFlight
Apple automatically collects beta installation, usage, device, and crash information through TestFlight and shares relevant testing information with the app provider. Feedback you submit through TestFlight can include comments, screenshots, diagnostics, and identifying information.
Apple’s TestFlight & Privacy notice explains exactly what Apple collects, what is shared with the app provider, retention, legal bases, and Apple privacy controls. Public-link and email-invitation testers can have different name and email visibility.

Android testing through Google Play
Google processes Google Account, Play distribution, device, security, and testing-related information under the Google Privacy Policy. Depending on the test track, testers may also send private feedback through Google Play.
Google Play’s Data safety section summarizes the app developer’s declarations about collection, sharing, and security. An app available only on an internal testing track may not display a Data safety section yet, so the Dancing Bee Privacy Policy remains the direct source for our app-data practices during that stage.
- Use the Google account authorized for the relevant test track.
- Review private feedback and attachments before sending them to avoid including unrelated personal data.
