Report in the app
Open the profile or content menu and choose the separate Report action. Choose the closest category and add optional details. You can also hide the content or block its creator immediately without waiting for a moderation decision.
Report by email
Email support@dancing-bee.com with the profile or content location, why it is harmful, and whether anyone faces immediate risk. Do not attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.
Response times
Dancing Bee acknowledges reports without undue delay and assigns a case reference. Reports receive timely, diligent human review and any necessary immediate protective action, with urgent safety risks prioritised. There is no fixed response or resolution promise; a complex investigation may continue with updates. We communicate decisions without undue delay. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence. This is not an emergency service; contact emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Decisions and appeals
Reporters receive a privacy-safe outcome. Affected users receive the applicable rule, action, duration, and appeal path when law and safety permit. The general process allows one appeal within 30 days of the decision; local law or the relevant country page may provide a different submission period. Appeals receive timely, diligent human review and a reasoned decision without undue delay; no fixed completion time is promised.
