This draft explains how Dancing Bee collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes personal data for the mobile app and public support website. This Espanol page uses the same launch-approved content structure while final legal translation review is pending.

Data we process

Account data such as email, authentication status, profile details, roles, provider profile data, and deletion or support request metadata.

Event, invitation, saved-search, friendship/contact, chat, report, notification, device token, media, location, and billing Support Credits data needed to operate the app.

Operational data such as logs, diagnostics, security events, email delivery records, and abuse-prevention records.

Purposes

Provide account access, app functionality, event discovery, invitations, provider tools, notifications, safety reporting, Support Credits, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Improve reliability and quality through diagnostics, crash reports, metrics, and support evidence while minimizing raw personal data in analytics.

Sharing and subprocessors

Current service categories include Google Cloud/Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Upstash Redis, Postmark email, Apple App Store, Google Play, maps/location providers, and diagnostics/monitoring tools.

We do not sell personal data. Any future advertising, analytics, or payment-provider expansion must be reflected here before launch.

Retention and deletion

Users can request account deletion in the app or from the public deletion page. Associated app data is deleted unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, billing, dispute, or audit reasons.

Deletion timing and retained categories must be finalized by counsel before store submission.
